Petitioner is the wife of the deceased employee and the gratuity due to her husband could not be paid in the event of the fact that the departmental proceeding pending against the deceased employee could not be completed during the life time of her husband and the same will be paid to the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of the order.
