The present writ petition has been filed
seeking the following relief:-
"That by this writ application, petitioner crave an indulgence of this Hon'ble Court is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions commanding upon the respondent authorities concerned to create demarcation of the petitioner land, upon which road and drainage have been made by force by the Mukhia of the panchayat and contractor (Executing agency of the road and removal of illegal

construction and vacate petitioner land."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
