3 20-06-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
“1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders, direction or directions in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents authorities to vacate old residential house of the petitioner situated at Sonail Bazar, which is in dilapidated condition urgently required repairing work

and there is apprehension any time the same will be collapsed in which police Shivir stands since more than 40 years on rent fixed by the Government.”
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the statement made in paragraph no. 8 of the counter affidavit, the grievance of the petitioner has already stood redressed, however, rent for a period of three months is still outstanding for payment, nonetheless, the petitioner does not wish to now press the present writ petition, hence the present writ petition be disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to agitate her subsisting grievances before the respondents-authorities.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty.
