The present writ petition has been filed seeking the
following reliefs:-
“1(a). For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order/ direction commanding upon the concerned respondent i.e. Respondent Nos. 5 & 6, show-cause as to why they be not directed to release Last Pay Certificate forthwith to enable the petitioner to submit the same before the Respondent No. 7 so that his upheld salary could release.
(b) Upon release of Last Pay Certificate of the petitioner immediately and forthwith continue the monthly salary of the petitioner.
