“That, by this writ application the petitioners craves indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of writ of Mandamus for directing and commanding the respondent authorities to grant the benefit of Assured career progression (ACP) MACP to the petitioners including the Annual Increment after 2006 upto the date of their retirement and for issuance of other writ(s), order(s), direction(s) in the facts and circumstances of the case stated hereinafter”

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners

seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to file appropriate representation before the Chief Engineer, Mechanical, Public Heath Engineering Department, Bihar, Patna. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of four weeks from today, the Chief Engineer, Mechanical, Public Heath Engineering Department, Bihar, Patna shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
