Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has become infructuous on the ground that the petitioner has been retired after completion of her tenure as she has been granted protection by this Court vide order dated 29.06.2012, hence the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application.
