Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 457 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 27 and 25 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the dispute between them. Petitioner have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. Case No. 457 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
