The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 221 of 2022 registered under Sections 147, 341, 323, 353, 354, 332, 427, 379, 504, 506 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to dirty village party politics. Further he submits that no one has injured in the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Khajauli P.S. Case No. 221 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
