petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Suppi P.S. Case No. 88 of 2022 for the offences under Sections 27(b)(11), 28, 27(d) of Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 1940 and 21(b) of NDPS Act.
As per the prosecution story, 244 phials of 100 ml psychotropic drug was recovered/seized.
The order was passed on merit and was dismissed on 13.9.2022
No fresh ground has come in the petition to warrant any new look.
The petition is without merit and accordingly dismissed.
