Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 09.12.2021, in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No.404 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application before the learned court below as the impugned order has already been assailed in Cr. Misc. No.46491 of 2022.
Permission is accorded.
