Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kashichak PS Case No. 169 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, the petitioner assaulted the informant with hockey, due to which he sustained injury on his head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The injury is simple in nature as it is corroborated from the injury report Annexure-2. Similarly situated co-accused person

has been granted bail by the Court below. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 11.09.2023.

Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Nawada in connection with Kashichak PS Case No. 169 of 2023.
