Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Excise Complaint Case No. 791 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

It is alleged that total 220.865 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from a shop which does not belong to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner, petitioner has clean antecedent and peti-

tioner is in judicial custody since 30.09.2023.
