Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 120(B), 420, 467, 468, 477A and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 13(2), 13(i)(d) of P.C.Act, registered in connection with CBI/ACB R/C 02320 (Tr.No.20/17).

As per allegation, the petitioner got employment by virtue of fake and forged educational certificates.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and a number of accused persons having similar allegations have been granted anticipatory bail. He has submitted further that the petitioner has

already been removed from the service.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let

the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, CBI, Muzaffarpur in connection with CBI/ACB R/C 02320 13(A) 003 (Tr.No.20/17), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
