Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 147, 148, 149, 447, 448, 452, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 427, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner assaulted the son of the informant with the butt of the pistol as a result of which son of the informant sustained injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case during the course of investigation. It

is specific case of the informant that 15 named accused persons committed the alleged crime. Petitioner was not named nor there was any whisper against her. Petitioner is a lady and she has falsely been implicated in this case only because she happens to be one of relatives of co-accused. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai/concerned court below in connection with Chanan P. S. Case No. 180 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
