2 09-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 933C of 2021 registered under Sections 323, 379, 406, 498A/504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that from perusal of Annexure-2, it appears that the daughter of the complainant was in love affair with one Monu Kumar and

accordingly, they married in present of Sarpanch as well as the local witnesses and in the said marriage, the complainant and his wife were present. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 933C of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
