Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 94 of 2021 registered for the offences under Section 498 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that both the parties have filed a divorce case with mutual consent before the Court below as contained in Annexure-II to the Supplementary Affidavit.

Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named are directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Tetarhat P.S. Case No. 94 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
