As per the prosecution the case, the petitioners Brajesh Sing and Sanjay Singh came and demanded Rs. 2,000/as rangdaari from the informant for cutting soil. On being objected, both the petitioners started abusing and wrapped gamchha around his neck and started pulling with an intention to kill him. In the meantime, the co-accused Arvind Singh and Ashok Singh holding d aab and t angi came and the petitioner Sanjay Singh inflicted blow of daab on the head of the informant with an intention to kill after taking daab from the coaccused Arvind Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation against these petitioners is general and omnibus in nature. The injury sustained is simple in nature. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be

enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 103 of 2020, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
