Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the informant has solemnized 2'nd marriage without divorce to one Shambhu Sah S/o Jiut Sah R/o Chandanpura on 26.06.2021 as contained in Certificate of Sarpanch bearing letter no. 234 dated 07.07.2021

at Annexure-2. It is also submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
