2 01-02-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for modification of the
order dated 15.12.2022 passed by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 53475/ 2022 and also for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner before the court below.
It is submitted that due to typographical mistake in the prayer portion of the petition Cheriya Bariyarpur PS case No. 27/2022 has been typed in stead of Complaint Case No. 1456-C of 2019 and, therefore, the same mistake has occurred in the order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Let the aforesaid error be corrected and Cheriya
