It is submitted that subsequently, similarly situated coaccused Babhana Kumar @ Ankit Kumar @ Bhagwan Kumar has been granted bail by this Hon’ble Court vide order dated 12.09.2022.
It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2021 and thus he has remained in custody for more than one year.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VIIIth, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 126/2021 in Sessions Trial No. 358/21/115/22.
