Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No.258 of 2022 registered under Sections 323, 498(A), 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section ¾ of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with G.R. No.2591 of 2022 arising out of Deepnagar P.S. Case No.258 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
