Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Buniadganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 376, 419 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. Further submission is that the First Information Report has been lodged after delay of two years without there being any explanation for the same. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Gaya in connection with Buniadganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
