Further submission is that the petitioners are fatherin-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against them. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 274 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
