Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 289 of 2020 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in

this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 22.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 54572 of 2021 and 52744 of 2021 as contained in Annexure-2 (series).
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 289 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
