Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No.78 of 2022 registered under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is alleged that the petitioners were working on the post of Survey Amin on the basis of fake and fabricated certificates. It is further submitted that the petitioners have already been dismissed from the said post.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Biharsharif at Nalanda in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No.78 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
