This petition has been filed for quashing of the order dated 19.06.2015 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge Vth, Banka in Criminal Revision No. 32 of 2015 by which the learned Court has released the victim girl in favour of accused persons in spite of the fact that the girl is minor and the petitioner is his natural and legal gurdian.
From the petition itself, it seems that the matter has become infructuous in view of the fact that the prayer for released of the minor girl is of the year 2015.
