Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 355 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 307 and 325 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the instant case due to land dispute. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 355 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
