The petitioners and the co-accused persons equipped with farsa, knife, lathi and danda assembled at the door of the informant. The co-accused Ravindra Sharma assaulted father-in-law, Shiv Narayan Ram with lathi. The coaccused Kishundev Sharma assaulted with farsa and the coaccused Nageshwar Sharma assaulted him with lathi. His fatherin-law died on the spot.
