the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during the course of the investigation. As per the impugned order, the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that she solemnized her marriage with the petitioner of her own will. The petitioner has got two other criminal cases and he is on bail in both the cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2022.
