Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted regular and anticipatory bails by different benches of this Court vide orders dated 04.11.2022, 01.12.2022 and 09.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 41555 of 2022, 42620 of 2022 and 43453 of 2022 respectively. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 325 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
