under Chakjalal Panchayat and he has not concerned at all with the alleged occurrence and he is the person who only authorized to supervise the work in question. He further submits that as per allegation in the F.I.R. the petitioner and other co-accused persons have misused the fund which was transferred to the account of Prabhand Samiti and they have misused more than Rs. 10,00,000/- and the Chairman and Prabhand Samiti are the main responsible for completing the work in question. Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction fairly submits that till date work has not been completed.
