3 20-06-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 386, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits petitioners are person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that he had given 4 bighas of land to Sharwan, Anuraj, Daroga and Anurudh on Batai, it is next alleged that Sharwan gave grains to informant for two years and thereafter was not giving grains on

which the informant requested him to give grains otherwise he will give the said 4 bighas of land to some other person on batai.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted what is not disputed rather stands admitted is that the informant himself had given his land on batai to the aforesaid accused persons and now the informant wants to give his land to some others person on batai and thus to remove the petitioners from his land informant has instituted the present false case. It is next submitted that petitioner has remedies available in law for removing the bataidar in accordance with law.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Konch
