2 17-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
This application is filed for modification of order dated 17.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57728 of 2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 17.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57728 of 2022 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of learned court concerned, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Complaint Case No. 23 of 2022, but the petitioner could not surrender before the learned court below within the stipulated time because he was residing at Mumbai for the purpose of business.
In view of the aforesaid facts, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 17.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57728 of 2022 be further extended by four weeks from the receipt of this order.
Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 17.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57728 of 2022 is modified to the above extent.
