The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Neemchak P.S. Case No. 225/2022 registered

for the offences punishable under Sections

147/148/341/323/308/379/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, petitioners and others

are alleged to have concertedly assaulted the informant by lathi, danda and iron rod and they entered in his house and also snatched ear ring and gold chain.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as alleged in the FIR and they have falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty politics. Petitioners bear no criminal antecedent and there is land dispute between the parties. There is case and counter case between the parties and both parties were injured in this case. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Allegation are general and omnibus in nature. All Sections are bailable except Sections 308 and 379 of the I.P.C. Petitioners no. 1 and 2 are students and never indulged in such activities. Petitioners no. 3 and 4 are ladies and they were not present at the place of occurrence.

The learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there is no specific allegation against the petitioners, keeping in view clean antecedent of petitioners, argument advanced on behalf of both sides and also taking into consideration the material available on record, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
