Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that present appeal is wrongly filed as there cannot be provision of appeal against the appeal. Hence, he submits that he may be permitted to convert this appeal into criminal revision.
Considering the aforesaid facts as well as submissions, the appellant is permitted to convert this appeal into criminal revision within two weeks.
In view of above facts, office is directed to examine the matter and take steps to list this appeal before appropriate Bench after completion of necessary requirements.
