Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the

Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for

the offences punishable under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against these petitioners is of commission of torture and harassment due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Petitioner No. 1 is uncle of the husband of the

informant, petitioner Nos. 2 to 6 are cousins of the husband of the informant and petitioner No. 7 is second wife of the husband of the informant.

It is submitted that petitioners are innocent and have falsely implicated in the present case simply because they happen to be the relatives of the husband of the informant. Petitioners are separate in mess and property. Allegation against the petitioners is vague and general and they have got clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Rajepur P. S. Case No. 105 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
