This application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5030 of 2020 to the extent of extension of period of surrender.
In view of the reasons assigned in paragraph Nos. 6 and 7 of the petition, further four weeks’ time from today is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below.
Accordingly, order dated 19.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5030 of 2020 is modified to the above extent and modification petition is allowed.
