husband of the informant badly, the accused persons had arrived at the house of the informant and had disclosed that they had cut the husband of the informant, whereupon the son of the informant had succeeded in fleeing away. It is further alleged that the informant had then taken her husband to the Primary Health Centre, Paharput from where the Doctor had referred him to Sadar Hospital, Motihari, however, the husband of the informant died during the course of treatment.

accused persons is alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant resulting in his death, I do not find the present case to be at least a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail, hence, the present petition stands dismissed.
