2 03-05-2023 The present application has been filed for
modification of the order dated 17.11.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) 1502 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellants that appellants could not furnish the bail bonds on time since there was communication gap between the appellants and

pairvikar.
Since, vide order dated 17.11.2022, the appellants were granted anticipatory bail whereas, the present modification application seeking extension of time was filed on 25.4.2023, the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs. 3,000 /- before the District Legal Services Authority, Siwan.
Accordingly, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of four weeks from today.
The bail bonds of the petitioner will be accepted by the learned Court below on showing receipt of deposit of Rs. 3,000 / - before the concerned D.L.S.A..
The order dated 17.11.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 1502 of 2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.
Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
