3 02-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 379, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioners, who are family members of the complainant, is said to have ousted the complainant from her matrimonial home in association of their family members over the dowry demand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the

petitioners that the petitioners are innocent person and have committed no offence. He submits that there is no specific over act against the petitioners. He submits that petitioner no. 1 and 4 are daughter-in-law and petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 5 are brotherin-law of the complainant. He further submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.
In that view of the matter, let the above named petitioners, be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 263 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
