Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case between the parties have been compromised and thus seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application with liberty to move before the learned trial court as it has been submitted that the compromise entered in between the parties will be placed before the learned trial court itself.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is
dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
