In the cause title portion of the order dated 04.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50730 of 2022, the name of the petitioner no. 2 has inadvertently been typed as “Sanjay Shukla” in place of “Sujay Shukla” and the name of the husband of the petitioner no. 7 has inadvertently been typed as “Sujay Shukla” in place of “Ranjan Shukla”.
Let the name of the petitioner no. 2 be read as “Sujay Shukla” and the name of the husband of the petitioner no. 7 be read as “Ranjan Shukla” in the cause title portion of the order dated 04.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50730 of 2022.
In view of the aforesaid circumstances, let the time to surrender of the petitioners, as ordered on 04.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50730 of 2022, be further extended by four weeks from today.
Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 04.01.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50730 of 2022 is modified to the above extent.
