Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation is of commission of torture and harassment to the complainant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that dispute between the parties has been amicably settled. In this connection, a joint compromise petition has already been filed in the court below. Counsel for opposite party no. 2 does not

dispute the contention made on behalf of petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist, Darbhanga in connection with Complaint (CR) Case No. 813 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
