Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 27 of 2019, dated 20.01.2019, lodged under Sections 8, 15, 18 20(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 14.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27335 of 2022 this Court had rejected the bail application of petitioner with liberty that petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months of framing of charge.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge has already been framed.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
