Learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner submits that
investigation is pending since long and there has been arbitration between the parties.
In that view of the matter, direction may be issued to conclude the investigation at the earliest.

The Superintendent of Police, Madhubani is directed to get the investigation of the case concluded within
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19036 of 2023(2) dt.25-04-2023 2/2
three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of.
