Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 168 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 323, 498A, 506 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is working on contract basis in the department of posts and is earning Rs. 22429 per month. Petitioner undertakes to make payment of Rs. 6000/- (six thousnd) per months to the opposite party no. 2, as stated in paragraphs 2 and 3 of the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties and the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Aurangabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 168 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
