Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 504/34 of the IPC.

As per the prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is of assault against the informant with iron rod and brick due to which informant suffered injury on his waist and leg. The apparent cause of this incident is said to be dispute relating to laying of drain pipe on the semi constructed road.

It is submitted that injuries caused by the petitioner are simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.
