This application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 12.12.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-Vth, East Champaran at Motihari in Criminal Revision No. 325 of 2022 (CIS No. 325 of 2022) by which learned court below set aside the order dated 24.09.2022 passed by S.D.M. Sadar Motihari and allowed the revision in favour of O.P. No. 2.
The order of the revisional court is a reasoned order as
the court below considered all the aspects of the matter.
In view of the above, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all his grievances in title suit.
