This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 26.03.2021 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Madhubani in Cr. Rev. No. 259 of 2018.
Prosecution story in short is that the petitioner is an Assistant Teacher at Middle School, Tirahuta, in collusion with the Head Master of the School has marked false attendance in the attendance register and had taken regular salary without attending his duties.
Upon perusal of the materials available on record and

upon perusal of the impugned order, I find no ground for
interference in the impugned order.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
