Court dated 08.02.2023, has been received. This Court, upon considering the explanation furnished therein deems it fit and proper to accept the same and discharge the rule.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that since the trial has already been concluded and the petitioners of the aforesaid two cases have already stood convicted, the present petitions have been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, the present petitions stand dismissed as not pressed.
